I called to make an appointment w/Dr Bradshaw on a Friday afternoon and they fit me in on Saturday, (I love that they are open one Saturday each month). I was able to do all the preliminary paperwork online beforehand so that when I walked in I was able to go straight to the chair--so convenient!
His offices are super clean, the front desk and assistants are all friendly and competent, and best of all Dr Bradshaw did a great job diagnosing my tooth problem and setting me up w/a much needed endodontist. I had to have follow-up treatment w/Dr Bradshaw a couple of weeks later, and it was comfortable, quick and best-of-all painless.
(Also want to note that everyone had their Covid masks on which is also comforting during these scary times).

I was active duty military for 24 years and recently retired. My family and I ended up in beautiful Idaho by pure luck. All of us have seen a dentist all over this country. Dr. Bradshaw and his staff are the only ones I can give 5 stars. My wife suffers from dental anxiety and dental issues for years that no other dentist or primary doctor has been able to treat or find out why. She said Dr. Bradshaw listened to her and her concerns without rushing things along and he told her he was willing to help figure out what was going on all these years. Dr. Bradshaw has sent her many texts to check up on her and let her know he was researching and willing to figure things out. Dr. Bradshaw is very open, friendly, easy to talk-to, and patient. Our son and daughter, who are 7 and 12, also were seen by Dr. Bradshaw and he was great with them! He explained every things he was doing, asked how they were doing and even told jokes. We are so grateful to have found such a great dentist, who has already answered so many questions in one visit! THANK YOU!

My family and I are new to the area and I had a dental emergency. I called an office and left a message with a practice in Hailey, but after a few hours of not getting a call back and my pain getting worse I stopped by another dentist office in Hailey to see if they could help me, but their dentist was on vacation for the week. They called Dr. Bradshaw’s office and Taylor who works the front desk fit me in immediately! Taylor made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Dr. Bradshaw and his assistant made me feel the same way. I suffer from horrible dental anxiety and they knew how to calm me down. He sent a referral in to an oral surgeon and called in prescriptions right away. I, along with my family will definitely be back. Thank you again!
